When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 working days.

Do your items fit my wrist?

Our bands and bracelets fit a wide range of wrist sizes. You can find more detailed sizing information on our respective collection & product pages.

How does shipping works?

We partner with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. 

We ship directly from our partners to you. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We provide free tracking information once item is shipped.

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Do take note that unprecedented delays at your local customs may affect shipping times.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We will try our best to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out. We usually do our best to process your order as efficiently so that you can receive your order as quickly possible. You can email us to request for an order cancellation.

Can I exchange my order for another colour or size?

Before your order ships:

You can email us to request for a change in colour, size and design before your order ships. However, this might cause a couple of days' delay.

After your order ships:

No exchange can be done once your order is shipped. 

What if I need to return something?

If you receive a defective band, contact us and our friendly customer service staff will guide you through the process.
